Environmental consultants RPS have prepared a draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Western Downs to Hayls 275kV Transmission Easement, The Draft EIS identifies and assesses the environmental, social and economic aspects of the proposal and wants to mitigate and/or manage any impacts.
